When reporting a problem, it helps to include your device model, iOS version, and the steps that led to the issue. Please do not send medical records or other sensitive health information by email.

Where is ShotTime data stored?

ShotTime stores its records using Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services. Noctilo does not operate a separate server that receives your patient, medication, schedule, or injection records.

How does caregiver sharing work?

Records are shared only with caregivers you explicitly invite through Apple's CloudKit sharing system. Access can be removed by managing the share in ShotTime.
